Include the behavior, the level of support, the frequency or criterion, and the target date. 'Will manage money better' fails on all four. 'Will deposit paycheck and record three expenses in the budget app weekly with one prompt by 4/30' passes.
Set the criterion just above current functioning. Objectives that require a leap generate documentation of failure.
